Whilst every care is
taken of the dogs undergoing treatment and in the maintenance of
the water & equipment, all dogs receive hydrotherapy treatment entirely
at their owner's risk. |

All treatment courses,
including those to be part of an insurance claim, must be paid for
in advance. Individual sessions must be paid for on the day of treatment.

Session fees will be
charged in full if an appointment is broken or cancelled without
24 hours notice. |

Dogs will not be treated
without the prior authorisation of their Veterinary Surgeon even
though we do not require a veterinary referral. |

Dogs with infectious
or contagious conditions, such as Ear, Eye or Skin infections, gastric
upset, kennel cough and so on will not be treated. Owners are advised
to cancel all appointments with at least 24 hours notice, until
the condition is clear. Normal cancellation conditions will apply.

Bitches in season will
not be able to attend sessions until their season has finished.

The Nottingham Canine
Hydrotherapy Centre will require sight of the Vaccination Certificate
prior to commencement of treatment. Dogs will not be treated without
up-to-date Vaccination records. |

Owners are required
to notify The Nottingham Canine Hydrotherapy Centre if, during a
course of treatments, the dog's injury or condition worsens, or
if the veterinary surgeon advises that the treatment is stopped
or suspended. |

The Nottingham Canine
Hydrotherapy Centre reserves the right to refuse treatment to any
dog. |
| 10 |
Owner's are requested
not to feed their dog for at least 3 hours before attending an appointment,
and to ensure that the dog has emptied its bowels before arriving.
A surcharge of £15.00 will be made for dogs that defecate in the
pool. (as we may have to close the pool in order to remove it).
We also advise not to feed for approx. 1 hour after swimming. |

When not undergoing
treatment all dogs will be kept under control and must be on a lead
at all times both in and out of the pool room. Dogs unable to walk
without assistance are not required to be kept on a lead. |

It is the owner's
responsibility to poop-a-scoop after their dogs, whilst on company
premises and its surrounding environment. There is a scoop and bucket
in the exercise area for your use. You are requested to only allow
your dog to foul in the exercise area provided. Under no circumstances
are you to allow your dog to foul the public highway outside of
the property. |

Hydrotherapy Centre cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage
to vehicles or personal property, howsoever occasioned, whilst on
company premises. |

to any person or animal, howsoever occasioned, whilst on company
premises. |

Hydrotherapy Centre reserves the right to use video footage and
photographic stills taken during sessions. |

When visiting The Nottingham
Canine Hydrotherapy Centre you are advised to wear sensible shoes
with non-slip soles if possible. The floor in the pool room does
become very wet during your dogs swimming session and it may become
slippery. |

Although we do have
a limited number of shower proof jackets, if possible you are advised
to bring your own, and if available trousers, to protect your clothing
from becoming wet. |

Please bring your own towel for
your dog on each occasion.
